These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to contact us at info@iridiumone.us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IridiumOne regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
